Product works better than I expected. I used it on my very shedding Jack Russell/ Chihuahua mix during summer to fall/winter coat. And I wad highly impressed. She was not used to being groomed but to get the amount of hair and how easy it was to remove the hair on the brush was amazing! Gave to my son for his black lab. They love it. It gives their dog a beautiful nd healthy looking coat just like me baby girl.

This is so simple to clean the fur out of the brush itself. The cats tolerate it which is always a good thing. Gets out the undercoat well on a Maine Coon. Big knots you would still need a metal comb to get out. Worth the ease of being able to clean the brush itself.

In love with this brush! I have a St Bernard and she has very sensitive skin so finding a brush that both gets through her fur and does not scratch her skin/irritate her has been a task from hell. I bought this on a whim even though it looked like it might be for just cats and boy was I pleasantly surprised!! It is SOOO good!! The discard function actually works (you aren’t left with a bunch of hair that you have to pull off by hand) and it’s extremely light so spending 5-10 brushing my dog’s coat is no problem. Plus I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cuter pet brush—it’s shaped like a little flower :’) We love it and would highly recommend if asked!

Great brush! My cat has short hair but it’s so dense with a deep undercoat that she can get little matts even when brushing her regularly. So I’ve been looking for a better brush. I think this is it!I previously had tried one with plastic bristles and it seemed to just skim the top coat. I had one with metal bristles but it is huge, so hard to get smaller spots like her belly, plus it doesn’t have caps over the sharp tips, so I couldn’t let her nibble on the corner or rub her face like she prefers.I wouldn’t mind this one even a tad smaller, but otherwise it’s great, and definitely an improvement over both previous ones I’ve tried. It’s comfortable for her to rub her face on, and the cleaning method works so well the hair falls right off into the trash without touching it..

I bought this because a normal slicker brush is too rough for our cat’s skin. I thought his one would work because it has the protection balls on the end of the metal bristles. Turns out it is made for a much thicker, coarse coat. We have a shorter-haired ragdoll with very fine “bunny” fur, and no undercoat. The bristles were far too thick and strong for her coat—they just passed right though her fur, not taking any excess fur. I think she needs a classic boar bristle or something similar. Will keep looking!
