How to Use Oxyboost

- Insert the mouthpiece with the “top” marking facing up.
- Bite down to hold it in place.
Step 2: Proper Breathing Technique
- Stand or sit upright.
- Adjust resistance to a comfortable level.
- Inhale deeply through the mouthpiece, then exhale fully.
- Repeat 4-5 times per set, 2-3 sets daily.

Step 3: Controlled Exhalation
- Breathe normally between sets.
